Introducing Sui Generis, a private villa located on the picturesque island of Kefalonia, Greece. Collaborating with L Architects, our company was tasked with creating a contemporary design that seamlessly blended into the island's architecture.
We achieved this by utilizing concrete as the primary material for both interior and exterior floorings, as well as for special constructions such as room dividers, wash basins, and benches. In addition to concrete, we also incorporated terrazzo, a durable and versatile material, in the design of the villa's bathrooms and other special constructions. The use of concrete and terrazzo not only resulted in a cohesive design aesthetic, but also added a sense of durability and longevity to the villa.
To complete the overall look and feel of the villa, we supplied and installed luxurious freestanding bath tubs from Galassia, a leading Italian company known for its high-quality products. These bath tubs not only add a touch of elegance, but also provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for guests.
Overall, the Sui Generis villa is a perfect blend of contemporary design and island architecture, offering guests a unique and luxurious experience with magnificent sea views.
