Nestled in the prestigious Filothei area of Athens, our latest project stands as a testament to modern luxury and exquisite design. Collaborating with the visionary Whitebox Architects and the renowned interior design firm Ku Design Atelier, we embarked on a journey to create a residence that seamlessly blends sophistication with functionality.
Upon entering the property, guests are greeted by a symphony of elegance showcased through our meticulously crafted exterior floorings. We selected premium ceramic tiles to create a luxurious foundation that not only complements the architectural beauty of the villa but also stands resilient against the test of time and weather.
Within the villa, our craftsmanship extends to every corner, including the bathrooms. Each bathroom is a sanctuary of indulgence, featuring bespoke elements that harmonize with the overall design. From carefully chosen tiles to intricately designed wash basins, we ensured that every detail contributes to an atmosphere of refined opulence.
The heart of any home, the kitchen in this villa is a testament to both style and functionality. We created a space that inspires culinary creativity, incorporating premium materials and innovative design. The result seamlessly integrates into the overall aesthetic while providing a practical and beautiful environment for culinary enthusiasts.
Going beyond the ordinary, we curated special constructions that elevate the villa to a realm of extraordinary living. A large BBQ area, designed and executed with precision, beckons residents to indulge in outdoor culinary experiences surrounded by the lush beauty of Filothei. Each element, from custom features to carefully chosen materials, reflects our commitment to delivering not just a house but a lifestyle.
